Children's Ministry

Children’s Ministry

A fun and friendly atmosphere awaits children from birth through fifth grade in our children’s building. A variety of programs and opportunities are offered throughout the year to help children of all ages learn and grow in their faith. From Sunday school to Worship KidStyle, Sunday mornings offer fun, educational experiences to draw children into worship. Also available are Children’s Choir on Wednesday evenings and Bible Skills, Drills & Thrills on Sunday evenings, through which children celebrate, praise, play and grow in their knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Children’s Worship

Through Worship KidStyle, children are offered their own worship time. The first Sunday of each month children remain in the Morning Worship service and gather on the stage where Pastor Shane delivers a children’s sermon.  Every other Sunday the children are dismissed from the service before the sermon to their own worship time. In the "Kidz Place," a special worship room located in the Children’s Building, kindergarten through fifth graders are allowed to worship God in a way that they understand, through songs, games, and lessons that focus on who God is.

Extended Teaching Care

Classes are offered for children from birth through five years of age during the worship service, allowing parents to transition into the Sunday Morning Worship without having to check on their little ones. These children remain in their respective classrooms and are offered a lesson to extend what they learned during the Sunday School hour.
